On March 28, 2012, WHRO hosted an American Graduate Teacher Town Hall, moderated by Barbara Hamm Lee, executive producer and host of WHRV's weekly Another View radio program.

One hundred teachers from around Hampton Roads came to WHRO to discuss major issues affecting graduation rates in our community. These dedicated professionals shared their perspectives and ideas to generate understanding and engage the broader community in conversation and action to help keep all students on the path to graduation. WHRO is one of twelve public media stations across the country hosting American Graduate Teacher Town Halls with funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

During the Teacher Town Hall, teachers were polled on four topics related to the dropout crisis. Here are the questions and results.
